How manufacturer and customer work together
- Customer accountOpen an account and fill the customer card: company, service package, period, responsible team and sites. Sites appear as locations at the customer.
- Machine handoverAssign the sold machine; the model's templates become the customer's plans and documents attach to the machine card.
- ServiceA customer breakdown becomes your service ticket. Choose remote diagnosis or a site visit and offer an appointment, or route it to an authorised dealer.
- Sales and follow-upSpare-part quotes and orders, warranty and contract expiries, surveys and first-time fix rate on your dashboard.
03
Who sees what
- Your customer sees only their own factory plus the catalogue, templates and prices you share.
- You access service tickets opened to you, machines you assigned and shared meter and check records, not the customer's operational data.
- Checklists can be shared with selected customers only.
- You can manage your customers' users, roles and enabled modules; this does not grant access to their operational data.
