Delivery and refunds

The service is delivered instantly online; the trial is free.

Last updated: 13 October 2026. These terms apply to the Bakım7/24 subscription service and form part of the distance sales agreement.

1. Delivery

  • Bakım7/24 is a software service (SaaS); there is no shipping or physical delivery. No hardware is sold; the app runs in the browser and on phones.
  • Time of delivery: your account opens and the 30-day free trial starts as soon as you confirm the link sent to your e-mail. Once your payment is confirmed the subscription period starts or is extended immediately.
  • Your invoice is issued after payment is confirmed, using the details you declared, and sent to your e-mail address.

2. Trial, payment and cancellation

  • The trial is free and needs no card. If you do not pay at the end of the trial nothing is charged; the account is locked and your data is not deleted.
  • Fees are paid in advance for each period (bank transfer; by card through the payment institution once enabled). If you do not renew, the subscription ends at the end of the period; there are no automatic charges.

3. Refunds

  • Incorrect or duplicate payments are refunded to the paying account or card within 7 business days of your notice; card refunds may take 2–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
  • Termination for our breach or discontinuation of the service by us: the unused part of a prepaid period is refunded pro rata.
  • Termination at your discretion: the remaining prepaid period is not refunded; the service continues until the period ends.
  • Downtime: if availability falls below the commitment, a discount is applied to the next period as set out in the agreement.
  • Withdrawal: the service is sold to businesses, so consumer withdrawal rights do not apply; see clause 1.6 of the distance sales agreement.
