What is Bakım7/24?
A cloud maintenance management system (CMMS) for factory maintenance teams and machine manufacturers. Breakdown reporting, work orders, preventive maintenance, checklists, spare-part inventory, reporting and manufacturers' customer service run in one system.
Do I need to install anything?
No. It runs in the browser and installs on phones like an app. Your account opens when you sign up; start with an industry template or sample data if you like.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, 30 days, no credit card. When it ends, pick a package to continue. Without payment your data is kept and the account is locked.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. The phone app records offline and sends everything when the connection returns.
Where is my data and is it safe?
Data is stored on our servers in Türkiye, transmitted over encrypted connections, backed up nightly with encryption and restore-tested every week. Each account's data is isolated at database level. Two-factor authentication and enterprise single sign-on (SSO) are supported.
Can I import existing data?
Yes. Locations, machines, parts and historical breakdown / work order records import from Excel. Imports are previewed and written only after you approve.
Does it talk to my ERP?
There is connector infrastructure for Logo, Mikro, SAP Business One and systems with a REST API; part masters, purchasing and invoices can be exchanged. UBL-TR e-invoice generation is ready; the integrator connection is set up for your company.
I'm a machine manufacturer. What do my customers see?
Customers see only their own factory and the catalogue, templates and prices you share. You access the service tickets and machines opened to you, not your customer's operational data.
