Maintenance records describe your production, machine inventory and people. Isolation, encryption, backup and audit trails are defaults, not options.

Data isolation
- Each account's data is separated by row-level security in the database; even an application bug cannot show another account's data.
- Between manufacturer and customer only explicitly shared records are visible.

Identity and access
- Two-factor authentication with authenticator apps; account admins can enforce it.
- Single sign-on via OpenID Connect / SAML, provisioning via SCIM.
- Role and location-scoped permissions, field-level masking.
- Rate limiting on sign-in attempts.

- Servers in Türkiye; all connections encrypted with TLS.
- Encrypted backup every night; restore tested every week.

- Every change is stored with who, when and what.

- People can download their own data and delete their account.
- Personal data in records can be anonymised.

- Model output is always a draft; nothing is saved without approval.
- Only records the person may read are sent to the model.
- Instructions inside documents are ignored; output is schema-bound.
