Bakım7/24 is a maintenance management platform developed in İzmir, Türkiye. We set out to bring factory maintenance teams and machine manufacturers into one system, so the relationship that starts the day a machine is sold lasts for its whole life.

How we work
- Shop floor first
- We design every screen for the technician's phone, the operator's gloves and the manager's morning meeting.
- No-code configuration
- Every factory is different. Fields, forms, flows and notifications change from the screen; the software fits your process, not the other way round.
- Honest data
- Numbers are calculated from records; estimates are shown as estimates and AI output as drafts.
- Trust
- Your data stays in Türkiye, isolated and backed up. You can export your data whenever you want.
Why we rebuilt it
The first Bakım7/24 was a classic maintenance program with fixed screens. As requests from the field grew we saw that every factory wanted different fields, approval steps and reports. In 2026 we rebuilt the platform from scratch on a fully definition-driven core: one engine, each factory and manufacturer with its own setup.
The same system is designed to scale from a single-site workshop to a machine manufacturer with many customers.
